Use of the App
WhisperNode is provided for personal podcast listening, transcription, notes, and organization. You are responsible for using the app in a way that respects podcast publishers, copyright, platform rules, and local law.
Optional AI and Integrations
Optional cloud AI, Notion, backup, restore, and export features depend on services or files you choose. Review those providers' terms before connecting them.
Purchases
Paid upgrades are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds, purchase restoration, taxes, and billing details follow that provider's rules.
No Warranty
WhisperNode is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcripts, or compatibility with every feed, device, or file.
